What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Normally, the lead time is 20-30 days for bulk orders up to 5,000 pieces. Samples are ready within 3-5 days.
Can you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we have our own R&D department to handle OEM and ODM requests. Confidentiality is a fundamental standard for these orders.
What are your production capacities?
We operate 6 production lines with a monthly capacity of approximately 30,000 units.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T or L/C, with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% due before shipment.
